Your plan should remember what matters to you.
-
Your time should shape your training.
The days you have and the equipment you use should help shape the plan—not become reasons the plan fails to fit.
Two chosen days, and a week built on them. -
Food logging, on your terms.
We’re developing Simple, Flexible, and Detailed food tools, so calorie totals do not have to be part of everyone’s daily view.
Simple selected. No calorie totals in view. -
Understand the next step.
Our goal is to show what a weekly review considered, explain a proposed adjustment, and give you the choice to keep, edit, or defer it.
An explanation first, then your choice.
Illustrations of the experience we’re building. Not a shipped app.
A little look at the experience we’re building.
Meet your coach, explore a workout, or see how a food log can fit into the day.
Today opens with your coach, the week you chose, and one doable step.
Two chosen days, home equipment, hidden calorie totals — reflected back before the plan starts.
Guided view: the movement, the cues, and the set you’re actually recording.
Simple mode: meals without calorie totals, and a saved lunch ready to repeat.

Built with PCOS in mind. Shaped around you.
Povi is being designed to bring PCOS-relevant guidance together with your training goals, food preferences, and check-ins. It isn’t about giving ordinary exercises a special label. It’s about making the approach clearer and the plan more personal.
- Status
- The app and coaching content are still in development. Qualified review and testing remain part of the work ahead.
- Scope
- Wellness coaching, not medical care, diagnosis, or medication management.
Questions, answered plainly.
What is Povi?
Povi is a fitness and nutrition app being developed for adults with PCOS. The planned experience brings training, flexible food tools, and explainable weekly check-ins together with an automated coach.
Is it available yet?
Not yet. We’re developing for iPhone first. Final availability, features, and pricing have not been announced. The screens on this page are development previews.
What happens when I join?
You’ll receive an email to confirm your signup. After confirmation, we can send Povi development updates and the launch announcement. Joining is free and does not guarantee a beta place or a particular launch date. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Do I have to count calories?
The current prototype includes a Simple mode without calorie totals, alongside more detailed tracking options. We’re building around different tracking preferences; the final experience still needs testing and review.
Is Povi a human dietitian or clinician?
No. Povi is an automated coach represented by a character, not a human professional. The app is not a replacement for medical care. We will identify actual qualified reviewers and the content they reviewed when that work has taken place.
What makes it PCOS-informed?
The intended approach combines PCOS-relevant education, appropriate review of coaching rules, and the individual preferences you choose to share. We are not claiming unique PCOS exercise effects or clinical validation of the app. The content and rules remain in development.
